With more than 20 years' experience as a CEO, educator and visual artist, she is passionate about storytelling, creativity and community impact, empowering young people to build confidence, connection and voice through creative expression.

    Kate has worked across the Animation and Interactive Media industries in a range of roles, with a focus on practice based and creative work. She is interested in narrative in all of its forms and in working with the ever-evolving tools at our disposal to express and share them. She has been lecturing and mentoring in Animation and Interactive Media since 2002. Her research sits in the field of Online Studios and Community of Practice.
