Simon Fenech is the Interim CEO of Fruit2Work, a social enterprise creating employment opportunities for people with lived experience of incarceration. Having spent nearly a decade with the organisation, Simon combines lived experience with hands-on leadership to help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their families, and become valued members of the community. He is also a Westpac Social Change Fellow and a passionate advocate for social impact through meaningful employment.

Amy McArthur holds a Master of Business Administration and extensive experience in business management across multinational creative services organisations. Alongside growing a social enterprise in Melbourne’s west, Amy leads the Support portfolio, delivering professional services that strengthen organisational capacity and help community organisations focus on their mission through expertise in operations, finance, HR, marketing, fundraising, governance, and strategic planning.

Dave Wells is CEO of Reclink Australia where he has been for five years. Prior to that Dave was GM at Melbourne City Mission where he was the creator and Founder of the Hester Hornbrook Academy (A school for homeless young people and young people with complex barriers to education participation). Reclink Australia has a mission to "Deliver accessible sport & recreational programs that connect people facing personal challenge who in-turn strengthen communities across Australia" We currently deliver 350 such programs each week to over 20,000 people a month. Delivering this and evidencing the impact keeps Reclink staff engaged and happy knowing they are working for good.

Kristian started with Cape Group in June 2023. Over his 25-year career, he has held a variety of executive roles and understands the importance of balancing commercial acumen with a not-for-profit purpose to ensure long-term sustainable impact. Before moving into the not-for-profit sector, Kristian held senior finance roles in commercial organisations.
