As a long-term Westie, I am energised by the challenge and promise of providing opportunities for our community to develop and thrive.

As Board Member, I bring to Local Impact’s mission the great networks I have established not only within our community, but across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria in the private, community, state and federal government public sectors. These networks have been forged through my extensive experiences in service delivery, social infrastructure, sport and recreation, recruitment, labour market programs and community sector development.

It has been my privilege to help build better lives and homes for people with disabilities. Here, my work included capital development, stakeholder engagement and project management.

With versatility and drive I add value to an organisation’s strategic direction and governance, including program implementation and delivery. I place a high value on life-long learning and professional engagement. Along with my Masters of Business Administration, I am a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Williamson Community Leadership 2021 alumni.

When I am not helping to create innovative social enterprises like our wonderful Community Bike Hub, you will find me out hiking or dragon boat racing!
