Bike riders were blessed with sunny weather for the Community Bike Hub‘s first ever ‘Spot & Cycle’ family-friendly park ride along the Maribyrnong River on Sunday 11 August!

Over 60 participants joined the fun, following a map around Burndap Lake in Maribyrnong, to discover local fauna and landmarks. As a reward for completing the trail, families enjoyed a cupcake!

The event was organised as part of Active Maribyrnong‘s Winter Warrior series, promoting physical activity in the winter months.

West Gate Tunnel Project’s West Gate Neighbourhood Fund is funding partner of the Community Bike Hub’s active transport events throughout 2024-2025.
