Konker Malual is a creative director and community builder based in Melbourne’s west, and the founder of The Rest of Us (TROU), a CALD‑led art space centring migrant and underrepresented voices. Through workshops and creative programs for CALD and young creatives, he creates platforms for people to turn their lived experience into storytelling, leadership and new opportunities, with a strong focus on connection and support.

Nagwa is a pillar of Footscray’s African community as the founder of Akea, a social enterprise with a mission to empower communities through food, events and culture.

Aruna works with organisations in Melbourne’s West to co-design and deliver innovative learning programs in community-identified areas such as financial literacy and social enterprise. A strong advocate for local, strengths-based approaches, Aruna brings 15+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, leadership, education, humanitarian work, and community development in Melbourne, Australia, and internationally.

For over ten years, Rodney has been instrumental in supporting a number of community based organisations that focus on giving back to the City of Maribyrnong community. He founded Footscray’s Community Bike Hub, a not-for-profit organisation that repairs donated bicycles for those in need, reducing the amount of bikes going in to landfill. Rodney's years of work with Footscray Rotary have also seen a greater number of members from diverse backgrounds taking up executive positions in the organisation.
