Maggie is a Community Development professional with 15 years of experience in the community, not-for-profit, and local government sectors. A proud inner westie for more than 20 years, she is currently loving living, playing, working, and volunteering in Footscray, the best in the west! Motivated by creating and promoting opportunities for inclusion and participation, and empowering individuals and communities to recognise and utilise their strengths.

As YLab's Co-CEO, Damon oversees the company's overall business strategy, team and operations to grow its impactful work with young people. He is committed to building an accessible organisation where young people aren't just meaningfully engaged in systems change efforts, but are leading the work themselves.
Before YLab Damon managed large-scale UX and website development projects. In the past, he also led a team of young creatives to produce Mantra Magazine.

Jamad is a respected leader in community engagement, policy, and diversity. She is a strategist and former Manager at the Victorian Multicultural Commission, and has co chaired the Victorian Public Sector Women of Colour Network, advocating for equity and representation in public service. She currently works with the Department in early youth crime prevention, bringing strong systems thinking and a practical understanding of how youth voice can inform better policy and services. She supports strengthening partnerships, elevating lived experience, and expanding pathways for multicultural young people to lead.

Maggie is the Youth Empowerment Manager at the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, where she engages and supports diverse young people across Melbourne’s West. She also facilitates an Early Intervention Community of Practice, bringing together organisations working across the region.

Andy is an experienced small business owner with a background in accounting, recruitment, sales and management.
Andy’s key objective at Local Impact is to help develop new community enterprises for the organisation. Andy is a passionate supporter of sustainable and equitable community development.
